I provide therapy to folks struggling with an inner critic, battling perfectionism, overthinking their actions, taking on with too much, and struggling with having self-compassion. Your diagnosis might be anxiety, depression, social anxiety or OCD.

Our goal is to release you from the grip of your inner critic, quiet the overthinking, and help you treat yourself as the good enough, imperfect human you already are.
