Therapy for early 20s & College students.

it can be a rough time.

Dried, twisted and weathered tree trunk

Being a young adult is difficult. One of the reasons it may be so difficult is because up until now, you’ve had a map of what to do and how to go about doing it. Now, you are on your own trying to figure out what to study, how to get a job or grow in your career. There’s so much pressure to figure it all out.

You may also be navigating dating and relationships in a way that feels different from earlier in life. Plus, your generation is the first dealing with this degree of rapid change: in the environment, technology, politics and the job market. You may be feeling anxious and uncertain about your future and the future of our world.

I’m a therapist who’s passionate about working with young adults because I understand how hard it is, and I believe that it’s possible to get helpful support.

In therapy together, you’ll be able to:

  • share about how you’re feeling

  • get to the root of why you’re struggling

  • discover ways to cope with anxiety and overwhelm

  • uncover what you are needing to feel more secure
