Therapy for burnout.

burnout.

Burnout is brutal.

Whether you are struggling with job burnout, political burnout, ecoanxiety, or anxiety that is exhausting you, we can work together to best support you during this time. We will explore where and how you truly want to expend your limited energy of your one precious life.

Burnout is becoming an increasingly common feature of our society, but it’s not normal.

Burnout is the result of overwhelm.

You may feel wiped out all the time. Completely exhausted by trying to keep up with your day-to-day responsibilities.

There is also major overwhelm caused by the political scene, and grief and helplessness about the climate crisis.

Some days, you just feel numb.

I have a colleague who in the beginning of the pandemic coined the term “toomuchness.” It captured something I was witnessing and experiencing firsthand. That theme of toomuchness continues as we struggle to balance our individual lives within a larger context of this country and globe that has unprecedented and immense problems.
