what to expect in therapy

You will have a chance to tell your story in a safe and nonjudgmental place.

Together, we will:

  • sort through what happened to get clear about the parts you may feel responsible for but were not your fault

  • help you let go of the confusion, the self-doubt, and the guilt

  • do work for you to feel more grounded and strong

  • look at your relationship patterns and transform the parts that aren’t working

  • create space for you to grieve what you had, what you endured and what you lost
